A group of 4 high rise high luxury tower blocks, located at the south end of Deansgate minutes’ walk from Deansgate train station and the tram stop.
The quality of this development is 2nd to none, there seems to be no expense spared which is quite unusual in today’s world, most new blocks are penny pinchers – not the case here! Included with the development is a Swimming pool, tennis court, gymnasium, residents lounge and relaxation areas.

Castle Quay was one of the first conversion in Castlefield to hit the market. The original Warehouse was Built in 1831 and was used to store Maize. Now residential there are only 44 apartments in the block and some commercial space below taken by a national radio station.
The main attractions of Castle Quay is the location, the views across the canal and the character of the build. It’s a bit quieter round this part of town, yet still central, and if you have a dog then this is perfect due to the number of parks and walks on the doorstep.

7, Beetham Tower

Angel Gardens is a brand new development that was completed in 2020. It is situated close to Victoria Train Station, just 5 minutes’ walk from Norther Quarter. If you haven’t already read up on Northern Quarter; take a walk around this bohemian Quarter. Beards and skinny jeans were here before they were cool. If it’s the one for you you’ll fall in love with this part of town and won’t look back. Many people call it the Shoreditch of Manchester.
